this movie was not as good as the others, seemed lazy and uninventive. Especially the deaths, the opening sequence was better than the deaths that actually occurred in the movie. I think some others that commented before me were right when they said that the 3-D factor was the biggest selling point and the storyline was not as up to par. Even the jokes weren’t funny (i.e. “donkey punch”). The characters were so transparent, especially the “rude” guy, he was definately the worst.

Sure this movie takes on rights of living beings. Most fantasy and scifi often present large ideals/moral positions that MOST people do not want to face every day. It also shows how circumstance can change your view and cause you to actually have empathy for whatever/whoever you may villify at some point in your life… Most critics of these genres don’t really watch the type of movie anyways or they would see that.
